NOPE! I literally have followed the workout calendar to the T. Was it hard, HECK YES! Did it challenge my inner confidence? YES! Did I do it when I didnвЂ™t want to YES?!?!!!!!! Was I sore as heck the first week? YES!!! Have I missed a workoutвЂ¦. So the honest to goodness truth about what I think about the first 30 days!!! I am not allowed to lift anything heavy for a while and I am still doing physical therapy. The reason why I am doing this workout is because I had wrist surgery in mid November.
